Pressure Swing Adsorption Oxygen Generation Equipment

The oxygen-generation unit is meticulously designed based on the PSA (pressure swing adsorption) principle, employing high‑quality oxygen‑producing molecular sieves as the adsorbent to directly separate and produce oxygen from ambient air at room temperature. After undergoing drying and purification, the compressed air enters an adsorption tower packed with molecular sieves, where nitrogen, carbon dioxide, moisture, and other impurities are extensively adsorbed into the solid phase of the sieve, while oxygen, with its much lower affinity for the adsorbent, becomes enriched in the gas phase and is discharged. When the adsorbent reaches saturation, the pressure is reduced to desorb and regenerate the zeolite molecular sieve, enabling its repeated use. The system incorporates two adsorption towers: one operates in the adsorption mode to produce oxygen, while the other undergoes desorption and regeneration. An imported PLC controls the alternating cycle of the two towers, ensuring a continuous supply of high‑purity oxygen.

  • Product Introduction

The oxygen-generation unit is meticulously designed based on the PSA (pressure swing adsorption) principle, employing high‑quality oxygen‑producing molecular sieves as the adsorbent to directly separate and produce oxygen from ambient air at room temperature. After being dried and purified, compressed air is fed into an adsorption tower packed with molecular sieves; nitrogen, carbon dioxide, moisture, and other impurities are extensively adsorbed onto the solid phase of the molecular sieve, while oxygen, with its much lower affinity for the sieve, becomes enriched in the gas phase and is discharged. When the adsorbent reaches saturation, the pressure is reduced to desorb and regenerate the zeolite molecular sieve, enabling its repeated use. The system incorporates two adsorption towers—one for oxygen production and one for desorption and regeneration—controlled by an imported PLC that alternates between the two towers in a cyclic manner, thereby ensuring a continuous supply of high‑purity oxygen.
