Optional type

Class C. Main line oil-water separator

Suitable for filtering large volumes of liquid and coalescences larger than 3 microns (with a maximum residual oil content of 5 ppmw).
Two-stage filtration Initial pressure drop: 0.006 MPa
Level 1 – Two stainless steel perforated tubes, subjected to 10-micron mechanical separation.
Level 2 – The deep fibrous media filters out solid and liquid particles as small as 3 microns.

Class T. Main Line Dust Removal Filter

Suitable for removing liquid water and oil: capable of filtering solid particles as small as 1.0 micron (with a maximum residual oil content of 1.0 ppmw/w); both the inner and outer filter elements are corrosion‑resistant.
Two-stage filtration Initial pressure drop: 0.007 MPa
Level 1 – Alternating layers of fibrous media and mesh filters remove larger particles.
Level 2 – Multi-layer epoxy-bonded composite fiber media, coalescing oil mist and filtering solid particles.

Class A. High-efficiency oil-removal filter

Suitable for coalescing fine water vapor and oil mist: capable of removing solid particles as small as 0.01 microns (with a maximum residual oil content of 0.01 ppmw/w); both the inner and outer filter elements are corrosion‑resistant.
Two-stage filtration, initial pressure drop: 0.01 MPa
Level 1—multi-layer fibrous media and mesh filters, which remove larger particles and provide pre-filtration before the air enters the second-stage filter.
Level 2 – Multi-layer bonded composite fiber media, capturing fine particulates, with an externally coated membrane and a sealed foam sleeve.

Class AA. Ultra-efficient oil-removal filter

Suitable for coalescing extremely fine water vapor and oil mist: capable of removing solid particles as small as 0.01 microns (with a maximum residual oil content of 0.005 ppmw/w); both the inner and outer filter elements are corrosion‑resistant.
Two-stage filtration, initial pressure drop: 0.01 MPa
Level 1 – Coated‑film sealed foam sleeve, providing pre‑filtration and airflow dispersion.
Level 2 – Multi-layer matrix composite fiber media, capturing ultra-fine particulates, with an externally coated membrane‑sealed foam sleeve.

Class H. Activated Carbon Micro-Oil Mist Filter

Activated carbon typically adsorbs oil vapors and hydrocarbon vapors, with a maximum residual oil concentration of 0.003 ppm.
Two-stage filtration, initial pressure drop: 0.01 MPa
Level 1 – An ultra-fine activated carbon powder stabilization layer that can remove the vast majority of oil vapors.
Level 2—Multi-layer fibrous media bonded with finely ground activated carbon powder, capable of removing residual oil vapors; multi-layer fine media to prevent contaminant migration; and an externally coated, sealed foam sleeve to inhibit fiber shedding.
