Product Description
Heatless regenerative adsorption dryers deliver clean, dry air, thereby extending the service life of equipment. These heatless adsorption dryers use a dry, expanded gas stream to desorb moisture from the desiccant.
Heatless adsorption dryer with a twin‑tower design; each tower is packed with desiccant, equipped with a safety relief valve, and features galvanized piping. A dew‑point sampling port is provided. Standard model delivers a pressure dew point of –40°C; an optional –70°C pressure dew point is available. The unit includes a time‑control module and an LED indicator for power‑on status, with synchronization to the air compressor’s loading/unloading cycle. When the dew‑point mode is selected, the set dew‑point value is displayed, along with a high‑dew‑point alarm. Remote start/stop functionality is also available as an option.
